Online Shop? Whats the point?

On 24 October I applied for a product in your online shop, I filled in all the applicable areas and submitted my request. A few minutes laer I received an email saying that my request will be assessed and that a courier will contact me to deliver my goods within 5 days.

It has been 6 days and no reply from 8ta/Telkom Mobile or any courier. I've sent two emails to [Email Removed] asking if there was any feedback.

It is now two days later and still no news from them... if this is the way my relationship with 8ta has to start I'm not sure that I want to use them. If the rates they charge are good and cheaper than the other companies, they must be able to back it up with service that is just as good, to be honest I'd rather take my business somewhere else at a higher cost if this pathetic service carries on.
