Shockingly bad service

Since yesterday I don't receive any sms messages send from Vodacom subscribers. I phoned the customer call centre yesterday afternoon. Twice after explaining the situation the phone was put down in my ear. The third time I phoned the lady reset the service on my number and still no sms was received from Vodacom subscribers. She then told me that she would log a call to the technical department to investigate and it will take 7 working days. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! How can it take 7 working days to fix the problem while I in the mean time have to pay for a service I don't have due to MTN. The reference for the call is 105411943. Pleas don't give me one of those general answers people always give on Hello Peter. Solve my problem today. Phone and me resolve the issue. MTN your service is shockingly bad. This is not the first time I have problems with MTN. If I did not have a contract with you I would have gone to another service provider.
