I received a reminder sms on 15 Oct 20013 stating that I was subscribed to Zuma Mobile's TV VIDEO service. Cost R5/day. To stop, sms STOP to 30971. I did not subscribe to anything from them. Why did MTN allow them to deduct this from my account? This is second time that they did so when I did not subscribe to anything. Same happened with Moby Apps@ R6 per day that they allowed to do same from 7 Sept to 8 October. I complained but did not receive any feedback from MTN. I want refund. How can they allow unauthorised deductions?
