After my MTN cell phone bill increased, I received an sms reminding me that I am subscribed to Zuma Mobile's Extreme TV VIDEO service. Cost R5 per/day. I DID NOT subscribe to this service and note that a number of folk claim likewise and have had difficulty unsubscribing. Please advise how to successfully terminate this subscription with immediate effect and claim a refund?? HELP
