When I took this contract 2 years ago I gave my proof of residence and now my phone is blocked due to Rica, I want to use the money on my phone before my upgrade takes effect and I am unable to due to someone not done what he or she is suppose to. I spoke to a consultant a month ago whom said he corrected this error and now here i am again and I might lose the chance of using this airtime due to it being changed to a data. I Expect that should i not be able to use this amount due to your error I should have the funds transferred over to my new package should this happen.
