Telkom Mobile Online Orders - No response

I ordered the samsung S4 mini for R269pm online @ telkom mobile. Upon completion i received an email confirming receipt of my order, & was advised that telkom would be in touch shortly once it was approved. More than 3 days passed & nobody called, so i called them on 081180 to check on the status of the order. Basically i spoke to a consultant that did the order from scratch via telephone, as he couldnt advise me on the status of the original order. I was called back the next day, & was informed my order was approved, & to confirm delivery addr. The handset was delivered to me on the 09/01/2014. I gave the courier company a copy of my ID and proof of residence, required to RICA the sim. The delivery note stated explicitly that i should not go to a telkom direct store to RICA my info, as it would be done automatically within 24 hours after delivery. As at today, the sim has still not been RICA'D, and is inactive as a result. Nobody at the call centre knows whats going on, i even went directly to a store to RICA the sim, and they couldnt do it there. An incident stating a system error was logged by the credit rating dept, which takes 48 to 72 hrs to resolve. So the waiting goes on
