On many occasions I have phoned and sent emails requesting Nashua Mobile to change my debit order date with no success. To date it's been more than 3 months since I have been trying to get this matter resolved. In particular I have corresponded with a consultant by the name of Gideon Kumwenda. He has no professionalism whats so ever, he's rude and very dismissive. I'm appalled by his behaviour, today he phoned and hanged up the phone in my ear. I have never felt so disrespected by a service provider. I have been with Nashua Mobile for almost 10 years and in those years I have never received such bad service. Such bad service should not be tolerated, especially when we spend our hand earned money on these service providers. After all, this was such a simple request!
