I have been a customer of Neotel from 2010. Last month I signed up two new contracts with them. BIG MISTAKE! For some reason they have blocked all access to me monitoring my usage (Voice and Data). I used to be able to monitor my usage on their website via log-in, now I cannot. I have called their customer service and they cannot give me my usage details either. I have been told that the matter has been escalated to their IT department. Many calls later they still do not know the fault. I have 4 reference numbers for the calls I have made. I have always been told the matter has been escalated and someone will call me. No one does. I have been asked to email my computer screenshots and unbelievably one consultant even wanted my username and password to log-in for me. I find it hard to believe that a telecommunications company can have such an incompetent IT department, therefore I can only conclude that their motivation is questionable. In my view this should be a simple matter for them to resolve, however they have somehow managed to make it extremely frustrating and painful. They just don't care. I simply want to monitor my usage like I was previously able to. WHY NOT?
