SERVICE!!!

We bought a new modem the 13th october and signed up for broadband services. during setup i could not connect. i called in on 3 occasions already and requested assistance and each time the consultant has told me they cannot assist me outside of operating hours and someone will call me during the work hours. until now i have still not recieved a call from them and am still without a service i am paying for. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
