Faulty device and poor response to Complaint

I purchased a Telkom D-LInk 3G router along with a 3G USB modem and a 24 month 3G contract at the Rosebank store in April 2012. I have had continuous issues with the router having had to replace it twice already since purchase. The problem that I have is that the original receipt faded within a few months and as a result I threw it away. My router is still under warranty as stated on the box (24 months) and I am able to produce the replacement receipt of the last replacement in March 2013. I have previously received a sympathetic response from Elize at the same branch, who gladly replaced the router previously, thereby setting a precedent. My debit order goes off regularly yet I am not getting the service that I am paying for. My complaints via Twitter have been ongoing for the last few months with no resolve and promises of a tech being allocated to resolve my issue. The speeds that I am getting, when I am able to connect, is well below my expectations (less than 200kbps download speed) and more than often I am not able to get a connection at all. Please resolve urgently!!
