Vodacom
Misled by a Vodacom 4U consultant

On Saturday the 17th of Aug I went to collect my I pad. When I recieved it, I requested the sales consultant to assist me with the set up, where he replied "I can't because there is no wi fi, but when you get your data today you will be able to do the setup yourself or you can go to mc donalds, kfc or wimby because their wi fi is free" we then later discussed how long it would take for the sim to register where he said three hours.

Now my problem is that he made me believe that has soon as the sim was registered that I would be able to use my data which was not the case. Soon after the sim was registered I proceeded with the setup of my I pad. On Monday the 19th I phoned Vodacom to ask why I don't have connection and that is when I was told that I have reached my limit and I owe R2053 for the data used.

it also looks like they are reluctant to give me a copies of the documents that i signed, because I've requested this in store and was told to request if via e-mail and its been more than a week that I've been sending mails to the manager with this problem and now it looks like his ignoring me too.
