Well I got a repsonse from Veronica from Mtn ref REQ:2789710 who said that the matter would be investiagted and some one will get abck to me. Well its been 7days and no response. I have been back to the Store and I was told that I should contact Bright Point myself. Apparently i was supposed to sign a third party form which i did not do becasue Etiene never informed me or gave me to do. How was i supposed to know this, do I work for MTN!!! I called Bright Point but they dont have a record of the Tv even being ordered. So now I am paying for something I dont even have. I must do the running around and waste my money on phone calls to get the TV that was supposed to be done by the MTN STAFF, while they take my money every month. What a deal form MTN, arent they such
