I'm deu for an upgarde and called the 111 number. As usual the call centre was exexperiencing high call volumes... that was at 8:05 the morning. My ist attempt to get hold of someone I was on hold for 24 mins. I thought to give it another shot and was on hold for 1h 05min. The service is pathetic! I am seriously considering going to another network with better service!
