I called the Multichoice durban call centre yesterday. I called dstv Durban call centre yesterday. I was on hold for 30 mins until i decided to hang up. i ask a friend to call on my behalf she was on hold for 20 mins. she decided to hang up as well. The time we are put on hold is too long. All the options on your self-help could not help me. I called this morning only to run out of airtime. Again I ask a friend to call on my behalf. The the tv came on for a short while but is off again. The time we are put on hold is extremely long. 30 mins and still no help. no people am not sure if you know about this but is completely ridiculous. am home i can't call again . tried to send an email on their contact up when i click on the submit its not submitting my complain. the time Multichioce keeps us on hold is extremely long. i now don't have any view.
