On hold for over 90min and counting!!!

There has been a problem with my Blackberry network for the last few hours.
I have done all the things I know they will instruct me to such as removing the battery and rebooting the phone and re-registering the host routing tables. As none of this has worked I reluctantly called the call centre knowing that the waiting time, especially for the Blackberry extension is SHOCKING!! I was initially on hold for 52minutes and then my call was disconnected from their end. I called again choosing another extension, was on hold for 15minutes and explained my frustration to the lady who answered who said she would put me through to blackberry and it should be quicker.
After an extra 20minutes of that I selected the call back service which claims to answer calls within an hour. As I am sceptical of this happening I am currently on hold again!!!
Due to Vodacom's pathetic customer service I have now been without a service that I pay for, for more than 4hrs! Disgusted!
