Our complex in Midrand was left without power on Saturday 9 February from just after 11am.By 10pm we thought we waited long enough and phone 011 375 5555 and was repeatedly told that they are experiencing high call volumes. This continued for over an hour, when I finally hung up. Sunday morning there was still no power. Phoned again. Was on hold for over 2 hours, once again being told repeatedly that there were high call volumes. This is beyond pathetic. I am sure that the people there were actually having a nap under the desk and just put the voice message on in order to not have to take the calls. I am beyond disgusted!
