Despite my previous post on this matter (see below); I continue to get accounts/invoices posted to me. Despite the supplier writing back to me on this last complaint requesting me to contact or e-mail them, I cannot do so without a forwarding e-mail address for this complaint. Kindly provide this so I do not have to repeat the complaint to the customer desk.

I terminated my services with Telkom in Mar/April 2013; yet I continue to get Telkom bills every month. I have called Telkom customer care on several occasions since then and requested what the status is on my account and I get told that it is terminated. Yet the accounts continue to arrive. I have paid each time because I don't want to be "black-listed" as I wanted to resume the service by April 2014. But it is getting ridiculous now. When will this matter be rectified? I have tenants at the premises who do not need/use a landline (Telkom) service so why must I continue to pay for something that is not being used, better yet, terminated?
