This is connected to my previous complaint on Hello Peter which has been poorly dealt with.
After my account was incorrectly terminated without my permission or consent in November, I was contacted by an 8ta agent regarding the matter - they apologized for the mistake on 8ta's part and said that I could continue on the same 10gb 10gb night surfer contract for R199. I was very happy with this as I thought this was the end UNFORTUNATELY
On my invoice I was charged a cancellation fee of R800 - for something I did not do and I am being charged R265 for the contract not the R199 stated by the agent. 2013 has been a draining financial year, and just after Christmas... really?
Please may you sort this matter out urgently and correctly this time as this is ridiculous, unprofessional and just poor customer care.
