FAILURE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

Eita! Eita! Eita!!! PLEASE CANCEL my CONTRACT. The two year contract expired in 29 December 2012. In December 2012 I visited a Telkom direct store at Clear Water Mall to request that the contract be terminated and at the 3rd failed attempt visit I was told that they are unable to help me and I should call customer care for assistance. After three failed attempts of calling customer care they told me to send an email (to: [Email Removed] I send three emails to this address and nothing came off them. I went back to the Telkom direct store at Clear Water and once again they refered me to Call centre (they said they couldn't help me). I then tried contacting Eita through their website help instant messenger, where I was helped by Mmakgoropedi Mogadime (I have the correspondence). I was assured that the contract was terminated hence the stop order only to be debited again yesterday. Please help me because i don't know what it is i have not tried and i am not willing to continue going from pillar to post. You cant continue taking my money against my will, the stop order has to stop. And I want my money back for the past two month (January and February). I am escalating this matte
