MWeb identified the permanently and ongoing VERY slow broadband speed as a TELKOM problem- TELKOM was amazed how poor the speed is - about third slowest in the world apparently. More recently the landline phone also stopped working causing problems with our security system. Some of the time TELKOM says they are working on lines and cables and once or twice a helpful technician came and the phone worked for a day or two. Once more we are without a phone or any broadband but we have to go on paying TELKOM for the phone and the broadband provider. This has been dragging on and on...
