I was advised by Telkom's service technician to replace my modem to fix my ADSL connectivity. A week later the problem returned. I contacted 10210 in an effort to solve the problem but got a attitude from their agent. Suddenly they could not tell me a report on my connectivity even though they did it many times before.
I managed to solve the problem temporally. I know where the problem but Telkom need to fix it and if they do not more customers are going to be disconnected.
If Telkom want me to demonstrate the fault to them they can contact me.
