Good day
I have a contract with cell C and I make use of bbm service they phoned me last month to say my account over a 1000.00 and I said impossible. My fair usage on the bbm doesn't go off and I told them they never told me that the Q5 you need a different BIS package now is sit with a bill of over 2000.00 my account never so high in the 5 years I have been with them and apparently they cant compensate for that I have been on the customer help line ant they told me 1 o clock in the morning there was internet usage of over the
R200 im sleeping that time of night I use bbm cause it is much more affordable if I don't pay my account they suspend my account until paid can you please help I had a 9320 bbm before the Q5 wich gave me problems that is why I bought the Q5
