I've got a problem with a Cell C/Autopage internet data contract. I'm allocated 5gigs daytime usage 15gigs night time. Total = 20gigs per month. As soon as my 5gigs are used up I get an extra bill for that i'm over with for that month.
The Cell C desktop dashboard (software) does NOT tell me how much of each was been used. I cannot monitor my day/night usage at all. Say I see that if my daytime is over, and then switch to night time. I DON'T NO THAT. Neither do they. What am I to do about this? I monitor my usage on a daily basis and know that I don't exceed the limits for daily use. Still i'm being abused by them. Can ANYONE show me what they have used on a daily and nightly basis? NO. Can Cell C/Autopage give me any idea of how much was used everyday on day/night usage -NO!! Please help me on this as your call centre agents can't even spell their own names - never mind helping me. It seems to me that there is no cut off between the 2 usage products. My main question still is - how do I OR the isp calculate what day/night allocated to me has been used? Duh?? Help me with this please or I will get agro.
