CLOSED MY EMAIL ACCOUNT

What a company! Telkom closed one of my 4 business account emails on the 2nd of October, yet I received emails on the account until the 18th. When I phoned them to get it fixed, no one could tell me how or who authorized the closure of this account, and when I went to the TelkomDirect store (180km drive) the lady over the counter apparently opened it again and told me that I will receive the details via SMS, I never did.

So on the 22nd of October I started phoning again. after 3 tries I managed to talk to a person called Shalate. I then explained to her that the email address on my telkom account needs to be re-activated (Keeping in mind that I have 4 email addresses on that account, she then went and closed my main account, and changed the email address on the main login to the one that was previously closed!
eg: I have the following

[Email Removed]
[Email Removed]
3 is the one that needs to be re-instated (after it's been closed by someone) She then went and cancelled "Main" and made "3" with "Main"s login details, in other words I have "3" again, but lost "Main"
HOW THE CAN A COMPANY WITH THIS SERVICE AND INTELLIGENCE STILL EXISTS?
