2 YEARS and no reply

Our Company acquired another company (Siyaghopa 169) on the 1st of March 2011 and requested that the acquired Company's account must be transferred to our company. I send all the documentation to Telkom as requested and after two years and numerous phone calls and emails, no one has replied to me and the account is still on the name of the old (acquired) company!! I have send e-mails to the following people:

Abram Phooko (LA);Cecelia Pretorius (SC);Dumisani Manjingolo [Email Removed] Sales (GC);Nico Welgemoed [Email Removed]

In total 11 different e-mail addresses and still NO REPLY or no action has been taken.
Furthermore, they moved the acquired company's PABX system form our Jhb offices to the Pretoria office. Telkom has not made the changes on their system and therefore we are being billed double for the same system. On this matter... no assistance to try and resolve the issue form Telkom's side. The amount is a staggering R 40 000 due to Telkom's "no-care" attitude. So much for "making business work"!!!
