This morning at 7:30 I purchased 500MB of data. I downloaded the new BBM APP which is only 12.36MB. It is 9:34am now and I have zero data! The call centre tells me that I used the internet at 7:55am. I questioned why it costs so much to use the internet I got no answers. I asked to speak to the manager for a proper explanation I was put on hold for five minutes only to be told the manager is busy. I hung up. Cell C is pathetic! And to think I almost ported my vodacom number to this service provider! The data might be cheap but being robbed is not. Even if I browsed the internet for two hours it costs me 500MB? What a joke!!!
