Cell C have an HSDPA service in the Monringside area in Durban. I can connect at an RSSI of -73 which is good. I get full HSDPA signal, however there is absolutely no data transmitted or received. This has been going on for months. I invariably end up using my Vodacom data on my phone's hotspot as an alternative method of getting on the internet. However I had enough last week & decided to report the fault Ref: 1784111. I reported the fault on Wednesday morning & was informed that a technician would handle the fault within 72 hours. Well it is 120 hours later, still no internet, still no technician! Thanks Cell C you are letting the side down. Cheap data, cheap calls. No good if you cannot use them. Then it is the most expensive internet on the planet! Thanks a lot. Regards Brad
