Misleading the client

In the week of the 8th November 2013 my fianc? and I decided to take up CellC contracts via the Cell C call centre. Upon deciding between the S4 mini and S3 mini S4 being our first choice the consultant advised us that the S3 mini comes with 400mb data and worked out cheaper as the S4 mini only comes with 200mb data so we opted for 2x S3 mini, and my fianc? number to be ported into the Cell C network.
Then the 1st device was delivered and activated her number was not ported, also we have see that only 56mb of data was allocated as a pro-rata which should have been 200mb. Upon calling the consultant again she admitted that she made a mistake and only 100mb were allocated to our devices as she got confused with the 2, we understood that but then asked fora 1 ggig data bundle be added and asked if it would be available immediately she said yes, which was not the case as only 500mb was allocated we the called Cell call centre to remove the 1 gig and add the once off data bundle which they did but to the 500mb. We werent even client's for 24 hours yet when they told us we will have to pay for the 500mb. We are now still battling to have this sorted. We definitely do not want the ph
