BAD SERVIICE: Cell C vs VODACOM

Cell C, your service is beyond repair, its astreocious. No further comments. Sandroz from Cell C, cherich your salary cheque, did you earn it? Dear Vodacom, I left your services last year, to prospure new fields (Cell C) and I realised, I have been wrong. Persuing Cell C only brought sorrow, going back to Vodacom, almost caused me a heart attack. My question, you take money from me in 10 seconds, for me to get a service, takes 24 hours? I phoned your Clearwater branch to ask why my data is not showing. Time of call (13.19). The call was abrubtly ended by this white youngster and slammed down in my ear. I downloaded 5 Gig op my dongle on 8 Aug at 13h42.. Everything was OK when I purchased, unfortunately when I tried to connect, I cannot use it, as the sim has been cancelled. I was not told this when I purchased. Went to Westgate this morning, had new sim issued, now the wait for data to be transferred. 4 hours later, no data. You cannot slam and end a call (I need an apology from is guy!). when I'bve paid for a service!? Do not sell internet data bundles if you cannot provide the service. You need to get your act together. From one bad service provider to a next?
