Day 14 and STILL waiting for a resolution!
28-Nov reported that phone can't receive MTN calls or sms' via call centre - voicemail from MTN phone states "This number is not on the MTN network". (3rd time this has happened since porting to Vodacom)
30-Nov Went to Sandton City Branch to lodge (ref YRB-8645-3011), Told will be 2-24 hours for fix.
2-Dec phone now 3 days and 'possible' sim swap,
3-Dec phoned call centre - no more information.
5-Dec lodged complaint onto Hello Peter
6-Dec bland standard apology from Nashua with no intent to assist, they didn't even ask for a reference no to try!!
8-Dec back to Sandton City branch to find out that the call has been "CLOSED" because I 'didn't answer the phone' I bet they probably phoned from MTN! Checked for a message... nothing!
9-Dec phoned to call centre... and re-emailed the gentleman at the Sandton Branch for feedback... guess what... STILL waiting!
Nashua Mobiles assistance has been pathetic... But guess what I still got the FULL account even though no one on MTN can contact me!!!
