Called regarding a migration query, sms from Cell C stated I should call 0113248000 and ask for migration department, called and got through to Kagiso. Very bad attitude and absolutely no energy, no enthusiasm and very unprofessional. asked to speak to a TL, she told me he's not there, I then said I will hold on until he comes back, she said ok and put me on hold for 5 min. I called back and spoke to another lady who then told me Kagiso is not at her desk, so while I'm holding on for this TL on the one line, Kagiso took a walk. Kagiso then eventually came back and said she will take my details and ask the TL to call me back, why was this not done in the first place. I said to her going to report her, she said its fine. wow..
