This is the third time I have now raised this complaint with no success. I had a Blackberry contract with vodacom which expired/terminated in August last year. Despite this, they continued to charge my account until I raised this is February this year. In short, they illegally defrauded me out of a considerable sum of money. Despite the fact that they have admitted that they overcharged me, and despite the fact that they promised me a refund nothing has happened. I am still waiting for the refund of the money which was illegally from me by Vodacom.
