I have been experiencing issues with the network at certain times of the day. This has been an on going trend for about 5 - 6 months now, where I've been reaching poor speeds of 0.05kbp/s to 3.kbp/s on an unthrottled line.

I have been dealing with a lady named Christina on a number of occasions, feedback was promised by her staff as well as by her. In both cases feedback was NOT given, even though I had complained about these "empty promises" before.

Last week thursday when I spoke to her, I was told that she would compile all of the emails and info concerned with my issue and forward it to her manager so that the issue could be resolved faster. feedback was promised and yet again NOT provided.

This has proven to be a big problem within the MTN departments. Is it just pure forgetfulness and neglegance or do the people concerned not care...

Management needs to address this and hold those responsible accountable.
