Damaging my phone and not wanting to repair it

My phone stopped charging and i took it to my nearest MTN store (no 5 Simmonds Street) the charging system was the ONLY problem my phone had. I submitted the phone on 26 Sep 2013 and was advised that it will take 3 weeks for me to receive feedback. I was called the 02 Oct 2013 and was advised that my phone had a water damage and they will not fix it however the BIG PROBLEM STARTED. My phone was now damaged, the screen is chipped on the corner and the key pad was stripped out. You could see how the opened it and that they never replaced all the parts. Since then, i requested them to fix my phone, i come from the MTN store now and my phone is still not fixed. MTN, fix my phone or give me a new phone as i refuse to take that phone back... little did i know that my phone will be damaged and i will be expected to pay for it on a monthly basis...
