My original complaint was lodged on 22 December 2012, with the headline "Bad service and empty promises". Since then I was promised by NWJ's customer relations officer that they would contact me to resolve the issue. This was done on two occasions, but still no feedback at all. The last claim was that they would give me feedback on the 7th of January 2013. The 7th of January have passed and still no feedback whatsoever! Today is the 11th of January and I cannot believe this matter is still not resolved. Next step: Newspapers. Other people should be informed that NWJ Kolonnade might be a dissappointing waste of time.
