At 08:20 on Tues. 3 Dec, I logged a complaint regarding my DQ Mapper reports not showing data. I have spoken to 5 agents and a manager in the interim and my problem is still not resolved! On Friday I was told by the Customer Relationship manager (Kishalan) that he would provide me with feedback by the end of business that day. I am yet to receive feedback. It is not a wonder your staff do not take the promises they make to customers seriously, since management does not either. You can make a note of this that my policy WILL be cancelled as soon as this issue has been resolved.
