I had a blocked drain claim and AFI appointed an incompetent plumber (with a hired faulty machinery) who wasted my time, electricity and water and still failed to solve a problem for 3.5hours. This was resolved by a 2nd plumber in 20mins. The 1st plumber sent them a false report and i sent proof of what happened & was promised feedback in 48hours by Izinga (as appointed by AFI). Upon failed follow ups, i contacted my AFI consultant who still told me they dont know about Izinga & told me they deal with CIMSSA. Between all these companies, several promises were made that my emails and telephone conversations will be checked & everything resolved. I have had this escalated to so many people & departments and to date (after almost 2 mths), no one wants to take responsibility to address people who "smooth-talked" me and promised to give me feedback on all matters raised. I had to repeat my complaints to everyone in the chain with the hope that someone will act but so far no luck. The last person proposed a meeting but i said on condition that they have gone through all voice-recordings and emails-as promised. However, no one wants to do that. I am so frustrated as i trusted this company.
