This is getting quite frustrating, it is my third complaint about the same issue on Hellopeter. Groupon SA support doesn't respond to their support issues. They have almost immediate feedback when logging on Hellopeter, but using their support system if futile. Thus, once again, I have been promised that my torn bag would be collected before the end of last week, but nothing. I commented on the support issue but no response. I would appreciate it if the person responsible can provide me with a direct number to contact them on to get this issue resolved.
