I purchased a Z10 about a month and a half ago. 1 it was not explained to me that this blackberry does not have BIS. Which is the reason we all love blackberry, so I had to purchase an additional R19-50 just to obtain bbm. Now the beauty part is that the bbm keep shutting down and doesn't allow you to send or receive bbm.
My airtime is finished in just 3days due to the fact that there is a setting that keeps running internet updates.
So very sad as I love the phone but not having airtime or bis is not fun, should I have an emergency what would happen to me-scary thought.
I need this phone rectified as now nothing works
