Brand new battery Freeze

Good day Mrs/Mr

I bough a brand new blackberry and it only work correctly during the first week that I bought it. Now they told that they have to send it away for it to be looked at by a technician. That will not happen its not my first Blackberry its my 3rd Blackberry phone i bought and they all give the same problems freezing. I am now fed up with Blackberry and i demand a new one.

Reason why I always get another one and hope that it will work 100% is because with a Blackberry I only buy R59 BES and then i fixed for the entire month to chat with friends and family and this is very convenient for me. With the other phones I have to constantly buy airtime to chat on Whatapp, etc. and the airtime does not last believe me. Please I want a Blackberry that works 100% you may post it to my address but please double check that it will not give any problems in the near future.
