NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL AND HELP

I sent an email as to not being able to get into my app on Facebook with errors as well as the website as my email gets rejected as well website errors.. I got a reply and a phone call but was unable to respond. I have now send numerous emails as my problem is still not resolved and it looks my account is now cancelled or something that as I get no newsletters and still unable to get into account. I did open another in my mom's name and all ok there. I am still waiting for a response. I have been with them for 5 years and now luck. Are you genuine or not? I would like to talk to someone. Please could you attend to this matter. Thank you
