I've called Bonitas customer care call centre and have emailed [Email Removed] to state that I am unable to read any emails send to my Hotmail email address. All I can see is the sender's email address and the subject, the rest of the email is blank. Emails such as claim acknowledgements are blank. Monthly statements shows the attachments at least, but the rest is still blank. There is a warning below stating "THIS EMAIL HAS FAILED OUR DETECTION CHECKS" in red. I've also sent a screenshot of that. I have asked to be contacted by telephone as I can't read any replies to my query because, yes you guessed it, THE EMAILS ARE BLANK. Please can someone sort this out! It's Hotmail [URL Removed] that I view in a browser, not a client program I have installed.
