DISGUSTING SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

I am highly disgusted in the communication skills, My mom and I have been on the phone with Vodacom for 2 hours and nothing has been sorted out, and I got my S4 two weeks ago and now I had to send it in because the software went and wont have a phone for 2 weeks and I have to pay for the phone whilst not having one, And I am still waiting for my Sony Z tablet which I Have ordered a month ago and still not received anything and I am paying for it, people don't understand me or my mom, due to the lack of communication, VODACOM is useless and being a good payer I thought we will even get better service, I seriously will never open another contract or upgrade with Vodacom... And my mom is still waiting for a call from a supervisor and still no one has phoned, What is up with that, and who can we speak to about nothing getting done., ..
