I have been waiting for my phone for a week now, had no response on to what the reason the phone is not working, I feel that im paying for something that I don't have and it is not my fault that it had to get repaired I have had the phone for like 2 weeks and it just stopped working, and not only am I upset that my phone is in for repairs but, I also had to pay for a Sony Z Tablet I haven't received I really don't know what is going on and no one is getting back to me or my mom, This service Vodacom tries to supply is useless and upsetting
