BAD INTERNET IN HARTBEESPOORT FOR PAST 3 MTHS

PLEASE CAN YOU ASK JAN AT THE Executive Client Liaison Officer Team, TO CONTACT ME ASAP. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES ON THEIR LANDLINE, BUT IT GOES DIRECT TO FAX.
WE HAVE HAD BAD INTERNET AND CELLPHONE RECEPTION IN HARTBEESPOORT DAM FOR PAST 3 MTHS AND VODACOM IS SOMEHOW UNABLE TO FIX. YOUR NETWORKS DEPT IS AWARE OF THIS. OUR CELLPHONE IS ON EDGE AND GPRS AND THE INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. PAST FEW DAYS 1 BAR ON HSDPA. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN WILL BE REPAIRED AND WHY IT TAKES SO LONG. VERY FRUSTRATING.
