Terrible sevice

I went into the MTN branch at the Oakfields pick n pay last week monday the 18th Feb to apply for a contract. Its is not the 27th of Feb and i still dont have a phone. I am so frustrated!!! Why in the world should a contract take so long to approve for goodness sake!! Never mind the people who work at that branch are so darn useless, not once have they even bothered to phone me to advise what was going on, i have been into the branch 3 times and still dont have a cooking clue what is going on. Then yesterday while i was at the branch moaning a manager of some sort said that he will sort it out. i would have the phone by that afternoon or first thing in the morning, after constant sms that i have had to send him, i am still with out a phone! And quiet honestly i dont know what else to do!!
