Lost Network - BAD SERVICE

I got a new Samsung S4 mini from Vodaworld in December 2013 due to an insurance claim. I started having network issues from the get go and thought it was due to my own fault of not knowing the product as my previous phone was an iPhone 4.

I then went to Cape Town and the problems persisted. I called the call centre a number of times and each time the agent would instruct me to do something to the settings on my phone. I was also give reference numbers. I went to Durban and Suncity and back to Johannesburg and these issues persisted with continuous phone calls to the call centre. I was even instructed twice to put a different sim into my phone and I advised them I wouldn't or my insurance would become void.

I eventually backed my phone up and reset and restored my phone myself but even this didn't help. One call centre agent after giving me a reference number told me to take it to a vodacare to get looked at.

On the 25th January 2014 I drove to Vodaworld and took it to the vodacare there to get looked and where the agent put two different sims in my phone. She looked me up on her system then walked away then came back and advised since my phone was an LTE phone she had activate
