Limited or Know Connectivity

I have been working outside Kriel, Mpumalanga since August 2012. When I arrived here I had great difficulties with mobile reception. I was informed by colleagues that this is a problem for all MTN customers. In late February I decided to contact MTN and complain about the problem and was given a reference number and told that the problem will be investigated within the next few weeks and a MTN technician will contact me. After about a month I phoned again and was told that there has been no action on the problem but that it would be escalated and someone will contact me with in two weeks. Again nothing happened. This resulted in me phoning a third time and getting the same sad response of no one knowing what the problem is. I was transferred to the regional manager responsible for the area who said he would speak to the technician as soon as he is back at the office and the problem will be investigated within the next week and resolved. This was more than a month ago, till date nothing had happened. I will shortly be terminating my contract with MTN as this is unacceptable.
