No service after fault logging

I have placed a call on 2013-03-25 for my adsl and telkom telephone where my adsl is intermittent and my telephone has a crackle on fault code 1773CRK200313 no-one came out to check but the fault was closed then again yesterday (2013-04-02) I re-logged the call on a new fault code 1342CRK020413 no-one came out again, But I received a sms stating it was tested OK but again both are not working. I cannot even complete a conversation with the helpdesk without my line cutting out.

It seems Telkom is willing to charge and go after your last cent but when faults are logged they don't care because you are not going to cancel your line you will wait hope and pray they show mercy and repair your facility one day.
