Incorrect billing

I missed a payment end of August an amount or R824.75 and rightfully 8ta locked my cell phones and I couldn't use them. On the 29th September they double debited my account with R1550 which was the 824.75 & 724.25 monthly subscription making up the R1550. My fones were not unlocked thereafter & I called the call centre only to be told that I didn't pay I then emailed my bank statement to them and the agent who was assisting me then acknowledged the payment n later told me they can't unlock my fones because I have an outstanding amount or R602 and another of R3225 When I asked what these amounts were for? The agent bluntly told me she has no idea. I went to their walkin center today at Maponya mall where I was assisted by wesley baloyi who told me that I owe R602 and when I asked what for he told me he doesn't know and cant help as he is not trained to answer billing questions I asked if there's anyone that can help me with this he said no because even if I were to call billing I will never reach them because they are always too busy. This I find very annoying as I do not owe them anything. Can someone from billing please sort this out and call me 079
